    Asked to replace rotting siding on this building, Rosenblum Property Services investigated and determined that this issue was caused by improper building construction and would reoccur without proper remediation. New metal siding and high-efficiency spray foam insulation were recommended and installed. In addition to addressing the owner’s initial concern, this work improved occupant comfort and building efficiency.

    Contacted to repair a sticking door, Rosenblum Property Services completed repairs but advised our client that all its exterior wood doors would become increasingly problematic and replacements should be planned before they became an unexpected necessity. Using maintenance-free, pre-finished aluminum doors we replaced most of the doors over a two year period as a budgeted expenditure.
